Also, how do MY $/kwh increase yearly, but DTE still promises increasing capacity for data cntr at "no cost to existing customers"?

Super close to being finished, just need to get the looping part of the punchcard formatted correctly. I'll print and punch it tomorrow and see what the fabric ends up looking like!
I guess I'll dump this script on github or something if it works well.

IT'S WORKING! (maybe, I haven't finished it yet)
So far it can dynamically scale the length of the pattern and number of colors.
I need to add the labels to the punch card for carriage travel and active yarn color, but I'm close!

I gave up on processing a punch card for that 4 color pattern by hand, and spent the last like, two days writing a python script to automate it.
And, I think it's working!
Just need to write the bit that spits that matrix out in a form readable by human beans!

Just made my own sponge bar (my bulky machine came with an incorrect size) out of aluminum house flashing, door sealing foam, and sports tape.
No idea how good it'll hold up, and it was a huge pain in the ass to install, but now I can use the whole bed!

Started to make that rainbow stripe sweater on the knitting machine.
Got the first panel done fast.
The second panel got one row in before I realized I bent a bunch of needles on the bed (it doesn't tuck correctly), and need to replace them. 😭

Progress on the sweater is s l o w l y being made, but. . .
It's now too narrow 😭
I've come too far already, so instead of frogging it I'll try and sneakily add some extra stitches between the front and rear panel and hope I get away with it. 🤞
