Today we’re hosting a gaggle of AMAZING queer/ND kids to play D&D, giving them the opportunity to disengage from reality for a little while and play characters who’s biggest hurdles in life are getting kidnapped by pirates.
When we started this game, it didn’t feel like resistance. Today it does.

Today we’re hosting a gaggle of AMAZING queer/ND kids to play D&D, giving them the opportunity to disengage from reality for a little while and play characters who’s biggest hurdles in life are getting kidnapped by pirates.

Done!! They made me log into Facebook to verify myself as not-a-bot though, but it was worth it. ❤️ They may consider a different verification process in the future since so many people are divesting from Meta, and some people may not even have accounts at all.

I am I correct in thinking that this means that now the federal government and their subcontractors can discriminate with zero repercussions?

It’s awkward because it’s a Nazi salute, and for no other reason. Also, if you can look at this picture and think that what he meant is unclear, then you’re not a trustworthy “expert”.

@bradfordloomis.bsky.social gave me a “try the wheel” class at Old School Farm Pottery for Christmas, and my friend Brittany even came along! It was really fun, and I can’t wait to go again. I’ll have to post in a few weeks when my silly little pieces have been glazed and fired.

Try to build a mailing list with alternative ways to reach your followers/customers, etc. DO NOT be holier than thou with people who cannot simply divest without significant harm to their livelihoods, but everyone should try to get these things done as backup anyway.

I’m doing this and I encourage all to as well. Talk in your FB groups about moving to @discord or other places with the infrastructure to continue sharing life with each other. Take this break to try the options and see how they work for you.

Did some pink eraser carving last night! I’ve never done it before, just the one linocut I did in the class I took. The first one was the “strawberry” 😅, then I got more brave.
