There's definitely a look in the eyes when someone is mesmerized. It's why its so prevalent in cartoons. You can't see it in your own eyes, they're too full of spirals. But when you look out into the world, they can easily be seen by the person who put them there.

Yes! 💯💯💯 I myself have moved away from calling what I do “hypnosis” with subjects I work with (who all skew highly submissive) because the word itself summons unhelpful frameworks which sideline desire 😒, rather than squarely centering desire 🔥
