Too often we misunderstand legal things, like privilege, as a "thing we want in the world," instead of a "highly regulated and overseen series of relationships that are held to a different, higher standard of direct interest representation than any other kind of legal category than any other."

I was waiting for someone to say “why do you hate privacy” but how terrible this piece is seems apparent to everyone.
