Day 9 of #31DaysOfHalloween Weapons, lots of hype on this title & it’s deserved. Kids go missing & the people left behind try to put their life together. Creepy imagery, tension, & atmosphere. Witchcraft angle is done well. Fantastic Ending!

Day 8 of #31DaysOfHalloween Strange Harvest, a combination of a mockumentary & found footage that documents a serial killer. Pretty good but focuses more on the victims & less on what the killer was doing/harvesting & for what purpose, lots of speculation. Fine but forgettable

Day 7 of #31DaysOfHalloween This Night I’ll Possess your Soul. Coffin Joe wants to create the perfect specimen w/ the perfect lady. Townsfolk are not too pleased. Also has an entertaining visit in the underworld! Coffin Joe is great & this is a fantastic watch for the season! 🎩

Day 6 of #31DaysOfHalloween Sleepy Hollow, awesome movie perfect for the season! Iconic story based on Irving’s classic tale, Depp is in full form, good scares & atmosphere, great story! 🎃

Day 5 of #31DaysOfHalloween was IT Chapter 2. Continuation of the first but kids are grown, not as good as the first but not horrible. More action than horror imo

Day 4 of #31DaysOfHalloween checked out VHS Halloween an anthology of found footage. Weak franchise entry, grown baby Halloween story, an eye ball demon cantation, a back room type monster when you take more than one candy, an overarching diet demon soda story & a snuff film 👎

Days 3 of #31DaysOfHalloween checked out IT (2017). What is there to say? Great film, really enjoy the parts where the kids get to be kids & enjoy their summer. Good scares.

Day 2 of #31DaysOfHalloween Checked out Argento’s The Church. I was excited as I really love Demons 1&2. This was all over the place lots of parties come to the church & get stuck inside & w/o reason some turn to demons? No real protagonist till 3rd act.

Cut 8 strips of chopped bacon & remove, throw shrimp in & cook, remove. The pan has a lot of flavor after this. Add some heavy cream to make a nice sauce combine all the elements & plate. Enjoy! @extranapkins.net
