So you could lift a whole conversation overheard and just put it against your own characters? Do you need to add any disclaimer like “any resemblance to persons living or dead…etc” as extra protection when doing this?

How does this practically work for how much you need to change to avoid legal/copyright/privacy issues when you’re using something overheard as the guts of a writing piece?

“Parental controls only work when your pre-teen or teen is signed in, so the settings you’ve chosen will no longer apply if they watch while signed out. This includes specific channels you’ve blocked and the content setting you’ve chosen.” This is being done purely as using parents’ ire as leverage
