Diese Bauhaus Krippenfiguren polarisieren hier im dörflichen Umfeld etwas…keine Ahnung wieso.
Eine Bauhaus-Krippe steht auf einer holzoberfläche. Im Hintergrund ist ein beleuchteter Schwibbogen aus hellem Holz teilweise zu sehen. Dieser zeigt am Rand Bäume, mittig eine futterraufe mit 2 großen und einem kleinen Reh. Die Krippe selbst besteht aus 10 Quaderförmigen schmalen Klötzen aus unbehandeltem hellen Holz, die mit Schwarzer Druckschrift beschriftet sind. Neun davon sind exakt gleich groß, etwa wie ein Zeigefinger. Ganz links steht ein Klotz mit der Schrift „Hirte“, daneben liegen „Schaf“, „Esel“ und „Ochse“. Stollen. Vegan. Das erste mal gemacht weil alle in den Genuss kommen sollen. Nachdem das Original Rezept nicht mal vegetarisch ist (Rinderfett 🫨) wurde es Zeit nach der veggie Variante auch ne vegane auszuarbeiten.

A copy of an old site from a German recipe Book for German Quarkstollen. It says: Teig: 500 g Weizenmehl 1 Päckchen Dr. Oetker Backin 200 g Zucker 1 Päckchen Dr. Oelker Vanillin-Zucker etwas Salz 4 Tropfen Dr. Oetker Backöl Bittermandel 1 Fläschchen Dr. Oetker Rum-Aroma 4 Tropfen Dr. Oetker Backöl Zitrone 1 Messerspitze gemahlener Kardamom 1 Messerspitze gemahlene Muskatblüte 2 Eier, 175 g Butter oder Margarine 50 g Rinderfett 250 Quark (Topfen) (gut ausgepreßt) 125 g Korinthen (gewaschen, gut abgetropff) 125-250 g Rosinen (gewaschen, gut abgetropft) 125-150 g Mandeln oder Haselnuß-kerne (gemahlen oder gehackt) 50-100 g Zitronat (Sukkade) (in Würfel geschnitten) Zum Bestreichen: 50 g Butter oder Margarine (zerlassen) Zum Bestäuben: 50 g Puderzucker (2 gut gehäufte EBI.) Mehl und Backin mischen und auf ein Backbrett (Tisch-platte) sieben. In die Mitte eine Vertiefung eindrücken, Zucker, Gewürze und Eier hineingeben und mit einem Teil des Mehls zu einem dicken Brei verarbeiten. Darauf das in Stücke geschnittene kalte Fett, das feinge-hackte Rinderfett, den Quark (zur Verfeinerung durch ein Sieb streichen), die Korinthen und Rosinen, die Mandeln (Haselnußkerne) und das Zitronat geben. Die Früchte mit Mehl bedecken und von der Mitte aus alle Zutaten schnell zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Sollte er kleben, noch etwas Mehl hinzugeben. Den Teig zu einem Stollen formen und auf ein mit gefettetem Pergamentpapier belegtes Backblech legen. Gas: 5 Minuten vorheizen große Flamme, backen ½ große Flamme; Regler 2-3%. Strom: 10 Minuten vorheizen O3 - U 3, backen 02 - U 2 (evil. nach 45 Minuten umschalten auf 01 - U 2): Regler vorheizen 250, backen 160-180. Backzeit: 50-60 Minuten. Sogleich nach dem Backen den Stollen mit dem Fett bestreichen und mit Puderzucker bestäuben. A German Stollen on a Sheet of baking Papier, it’s oval shaped like a bread and it’s coated with Lots of Sugar. Stollen Recipe : Dough: • 500 g wheat flour • 1 packet Dr. Oetker baking powder • 200 g sugar • 1 packet Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar • a pinch of salt • 4 drops Dr. Oetker bitter almond baking oil • 1 small bottle Dr. Oetker rum flavoring • 4 drops Dr. Oetker lemon baking oil • 1 pinch ground cardamom • 1 pinch ground mace • 2 eggs • 175 g butter or margarine • 50 g beef fat • 250 g quark (well drained) • 125 g currants (washed and well drained) • 125–250 g raisins (washed and well drained) • 125–150 g almonds or hazelnuts (ground or chopped) • 50–100 g candied lemon peel (cut into small cubes) For brushing: • 50 g butter or margarine (melted) For dusting: • 50 g powdered sugar (about 2 heaping tablespoons) Instructions: Mix the flour and baking powder and sift onto a pastry board (or work surface). Make a well in the center, add sugar, spices, and eggs, and mix with part of the flour into a thick paste. Add the cold butter (cut into pieces), finely chopped beef fat, quark (to enhance, strain through a sieve), currants and raisins, almonds (or hazelnuts), and candied lemon peel. Cover the fruits with flour and quickly knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough starting from the center. If the dough is sticky, add a bit more flour. Shape the dough into a stollen and place it on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper. Baking: • Gas: Preheat for 5 minutes on high flame, bake at half flame; regulator at 2–3%. • Electric: Preheat for 10 minutes at O3 - U3. Bake at O2 - U2 (after 45 minutes, optionally switch to O1 - U2); regulator preheat 250°C, bake at 160–180°C. Baking time: 50–60 minutes. Immediately after baking, brush the stollen with melted fat and dust generously with powdered sugar. A half of a stollen from above with a slice laying besides. It’s buttery yellow with raisins inside and coated with lots of sugar
