Upright (hanging upside down) it means love can’t be rushed / avoid romantic pressure / sacrifice for love.

Reversed (Astarion) it means new perspectives on love / changes in romantic life.

I love the dynamic of Gale madly in love having to be patient while Astarion realises he's fallen too 😩
