It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened?

I'm sorry but no, I'm good. After Double Exposure, I'm good. I'll enjoy my pricefield the old fashioned way, with the og game, and with copius amounts of fanart and fanfiction.

Fun to think about how while people are getting terrorized by Pennywise over in Derry, Red and Andy Dufresne are playing out the ultimate bromance over in Shawshank prison. I rather enjoy how Welcome to Derry brings in a lot of little connections to King's broader universe.

Credits rolled on my Dark Souls 2 replay. That game is magical. Flawed and unpolished, but magical, and it absolutely does not deserve its label as the "black sheep" of Fromsoft's catalog.

Our local theater picked up Iron Lung, yay. I'm not going to have to drag myself to Boston to watch it when it drops.
