This happened on Beverly at the foot of grange park last week between me heading to pick up my kid after school and the way home. I always have to triple check when crossing that highway… (none of the people in the photo are the driver).

I got heat stroke on my way back to my hotel on one of those busses (though I was out all day at the height of August), but loved every minute of the ride.

Yeah, mine is for the stats in the iOS settings app which will otherwise never get reset. Shit like that is why phones are no longer controlled by the carriers.

I use it to reset my monthly cellular usage, though this feature ironically only showed up when Canadian carriers finally gave us gobs of data and it wasn’t as much of a big deal to know anymore.

I’m hearing more and more talk of *very early* signs of US capital flight. It is obviously too early to tell, but this is not what the Canadian dollar does on plummeting oil prices in normal times…

Highly anecdotal, but this is the US consulate’s public access point (building behind the fence on the right). On the mornings of most days as recently as a month ago, there would be a line up to about where I’m standing, mostly of south Asians trying to get visas to visit relatives in the US.

I’m a diligent updater of software, mostly for security reasons. I still do, but now with MacOS/iOS updates, I…don’t *want* to. This AI shit is hot garbage.
