Oh im full on in tendinopathy from exertion + physical therapy for how badly i messed them up

I'm about 130 days in my recovery from overexerting my arms, and its still not fully healed. Its upsetting, i haven't been able to draw digitally during all that time
That keeps hammering to me how important taking breaks is, but my brain is too inspired also :'3
