My new herringbone weave blue apron dress. Wool with linen straps, and three panel construction with three gores. A ribbon of silk decorates the top edge. Very pleased with it.
My new viking apron dress in blue herringbone weave over my blue wool dress looks good. Constructed in three panels, with a silk band around the top and blue linen loops and straps. I am wearing my beads, and my driving horn is on my belt. Ready for another day at Jorvik Viking Center in York, UK.

Visited Burton Agnes Hall in East Yorkshire, and the Christmas decorations were just magical; creative, beautiful, using natural materials from the estate.

I forgot to add our most famous resident, Bogar, still on the toilet, now with added snow.
Bogar, one of the animatronic figures on the Jorvik Viking Centre ride depicting Viking life in Britain during the 10thC, on the toilet. The latrines were located by the archaeologists who worked on the archaeological dig at Coppergate in the 1970s.

My workplace has a winter theme now. This is not an edited picture, we really have put snow on the ride at Jorvik Viking Centre.
