I don't know what engine you're using, maybe godot, but for the texture, you have to set Repeat to Disabled, to prevent what is happening to the top of your grass.

This is caused by the bottom of the texture wrapping to the top.

I'm pretty sure, that recently there was a big thing about how Germany now requires age ratings on all games, so if a game doesn't have an age rating I think it can't be sold. So it might be that a lot of old games need to catch up, I'm pretty sure my own games are no longer available in Germany.
