I saw a woman at the gym doing Copenhagen planks a couple of weeks ago. She inspired me. I used to do them regularly but it's probably been over a year since I've done any. Started doing some modified ones and then tried out the straight leg version again. HARD but satisfying! #gymsky #fitsky

#Buffalo was my home for pretty much all of my 20s. Went back yesterday for a visit and realized that part of my life feels so far removed now. It's always enjoyable being back, but it doesn't feel like home anymore. Such is life, I suppose.
