This resident of the US has gladly supported your beautiful country by vacationing there the last 2 yrs (British Columbia and Nova Scotia). Now work on making it easier for us retirees in the US to become Canadian Citizens and we’ll be back permanently :)

I would gladly live there the rest of my life but unfortunately Canada is not easy for US retirees who are not working to relocate to permanently. My country is in the process of trying to destroy itself unfortunately

In an economy where increasing tariff rates may push inflation higher a push to increase demand from lower rates very easily could cause long term rates to be higher, not lower and thus mortgage rates higher as well (or at least NOT lower).
