Here's the AI divide in the supply chain between government shared services and not. who pays for the lights and change management implementation? Utility ( breakeven with rates) or not?

As any 'paperwork engineer' can attest. We are trained at providing 'trust' in the form of an agile systems that responds to the needs of users.

Here's an example of a process checklist I used for many years. Now you can made it your own. It's all 'plug and play.' These worksheets I copied from memory for those who tried to update what I did when I wasn't there..This way we can improve the worksheet before I format it for the next interns.

Don't know who is doing the new state franchise Intergovernmental Agreement( IGA).I assumed we'd end up at fixing the Project 2025 mess- I made another grid. Key is to track it centrally ( Lucky Palmer Interstate electric trains and trucking- talk to your unions.
