Since I implemented "berry-ful" extended manips, I averaged a 14:53 Falkner split (sample size = 43). In 2024, I averaged 15:20 with a gold split of 14:55

WR! Definitely not a perfect run but happy to break through after all the work I've put in. 3:06 is doable but unsure if I'll go for it right away.
