Last high school age person I talked to at a protest only came because her grandma's FB group was there.

Right! The sample size of 1738 is not that big and then it breaks it down to 45-64 (gen x is 45 to 60) which leaves 596.
Also, and I could be reading this completely incorrectly, don't the percentages for the 2024 vote and party ID skew way more conservative?

While I have all kinds of thoughts about why this bill was introduced, 383 specifically says "illegally blocking a roadway" and "order to retreat or escape". Pedestrians on a pedestrian only road are not illegally present and this guy was not escaping anything.

Absolutely not. Bourbon St is pedestrian only at 3 am and normally has barricades/bollards to stop cars. Seems there is a current project to replace them but witnesses have said there weren't any last night.

Absolutely not. Bourbon St is pedestrian only at 3 am and normally has barricades/bollards to stop cars. Seems there is a current project to replace them but witnesses have said there weren't any last night.
