I’ve been celiac for 24 yrs and these are the best I’ve found over the years, especially for the price. They say “muffins” but the crumb is more like cake. For an easy gf dessert that no one will know are gf. Dust with the chocolate w/powdered sugar, a dollop of icing or eat plain. All so good!
