Ha, I've finally figured out how to make a calendar entry from an email in Outlook online (not desktop). Just drag the mail to the calendar icon, and a new window with the calendar will pop out.

Hm, I rarely have to do so. Do you create an event as an item in your to-do-list? there's an app for it, Microsoft To Do.

Also in Outlook mobile app, the date/time in the email will turn into a blue hyperlink. Click on it to create an entry in your calendar.

Phu Yen, Vietnam. Valencia, Spain. Santiago, Chile. Brest or La Rochelle, France. Or somewhere in the Alps. If I need to hop around a lot without much planning, I'd stay somewhere in NL and take the train to other cities.
