Just spotted a signed first edition of Nozick’s ‘Philosophical Explanations’ at an antiquarian bookstore. Yours for an astonishing 1.250 pounds. Makes you wonder what a signed edition of ‘Anarchy, State, and Utopia’ would cost.

The same issue here, with what I suspect may even be the same journal given how similar the submission system looks. I have also written to the journal administrator and got the same response. I am considering to retract the paper given how long this is taking.
