Well, I did a thing. Had foot surgery in July and wasn't sure I'd be able to make it. But my foot's starting to get better, so I did Base2 Space to honor my Big Sis, and raise money for Fred Hutch.

Having a foot procedure tomorrow that will require crutches for 6+ weeks. So today was my last hike of the summer. Made it to Twin Falls. First time here. It was beautiful!

Cool hike to Cheese Rock and the Carlson Creek Loop up on the Teanaway with my sister today. Weather was great. Trail was nice. The dry ponderosa forest reminds me of my childhood home and hikes on Hwy 410. Life is good.

Hiked up to PooPoo Point today. First time on this trail. Great views, but no paragliders when I was there.

Yeah, it's a fun hike. Steady climbing, too - especially if you just keep going above the ledges.

Had an amazing hike to Rattlesnake Ledges. Trail is in good shape, even above the third ledge. Views were GORGEOUS!!
