I really really really need the author to write more Bendy and give us some closure for whatever happened to Constance at the end 😫😫😫 she totally should have let her Rage™ take over and torn Joey apart with her bare hands, he deserved it for everything he did 🖤🖤🖤

Since I play Call Of Cthulhu, that one guy losing his marbles toward the end of the book really reminded me of the kind of reactions a character can have when they fail a sanity check and lose a bunch of sanity points about it, hence why I say the ink is an eldritch parasite.

However, he does have a kind heart and cares deeply for his friends and family and genuinely believes he'd be nothing without them and will be as violent and terrifying as necessary in order to protect them.

He knew they would not be able to kill Cthulhu, but he was able to know the safest way for himself and his friends to escape R'lyeh (sp?) and they all made it off the island alive and in one piece. He got those sanity points back but has been Batshit Traumatized and Unhinged ever since.

I played Doc G through the Shadows Of Yog Sothoth campaign, and at the end of it he laid eyes on the great goddamn Cthulhu in the flesh and promptly lost 15 sanity points about it, and the Insane Understanding surfaced once again to give him vital knowledge.

There was no gender affirming medical care in those days, but Doc G got his oldest son a masculine haircut, new clothes, and even vocal training to sound more masculine. And Doc G can be pretty damn scary when he wants to be, especially to anyone who wanted to be transphobic to Samuel.

Doc G didn't even bat an eye when his oldest came out to him as a trans boy and asked to be called Samuel Clarence rather than Samantha Clara. He was definitely the most supportive dad a trans kid could dream of, especially in the early 20th century.

In spite of his madness and grief from the horrific way his wife died, Doc G was able to stay grounded in reality by raising his children and ended up being the most unconditionally loving and supportive father they could ask for, and they both grew up strong and level headed.

His real name is William Gabriel but he prefers to go by his title or simply Doc/Doc G/Doc Gabriel. His wife Clara was killed by a shoggoth in front of him and this incident broke his mind enough to grant him the knowledge of how to destroy the monster.

Quinn is a fae, they're around 155 years old and much more soft hearted than many of their brethren. I do have my own personal lore regarding many supernatural and fantasy creatures and maybe I'll get into that at some point.

I love how he was totally on board with the idea of Rose using the key to sneak in where she's not allowed and was only disappointed she didn't catch it when he threw it 😂😂😂 I bet he has niblings who adore him and he pretends to hate it but actually he would fight a bear for them lmao

Papa D is so good omg. He's definitely one of those people who is Kind but not Nice. I'm 100% certain if he knew Wilson was creeping on poor sweet Rose in the library, he would have beat the absolute crap out of him and then told Nathan on him. So many amazing characters in this book 🖤🖤🖤
