I used to think that being kind, respectful and curious were conservative qualities. Turns out I’m a liberal. Father, partner and grandfather too. Oh yeah, and prone to cursing.
20 years ago I took my girls to a Fever game and afterwards Tamika Catchings was signing tee-shirts. She said something nice to every girl and they were awestruck.
Friday at the WNBA All Stars Live event Ms. Catchings was reportedly just as lovely and welcoming and my kid was awestruck again 😃
