After fighting with how I wanted to design him, he's finally here 🙃
Meet Kiyo, a mage who dresses like he shops at PacSun.
He has a familiar named Technicolor-Lover. Kiyo can view/manipulate people's memories through the little screen between its horns. Almost like a CRT TV!
