Will GCP and Environment Agency resolve flooding on St Ives to Cambridge guided busway path before another pedestrian or cyclist gets killed or seriously injured?

E-bikes are limited to 15.5mph so not really much difference to a fit cyclist who can easily do 12-20mph. E-motor bikes are illegal to use without a licence, insurance etc. All road users need to #sharewithcare
