The Greens party has never held any power anywhere, they have on occasion held the balance of power in the senate which has allowed them to negotiate things with Labor to get stuff passed the senate but never any significant power.

Labour is slightly left of centre and are currently in majority government and the Greens are the sort of most left party that has any people in parliment.
