My older brother Jim took me to see The Cure for the first time in '96, I think, at the old Irvine Meadows Amphitheater in OC. Jim is a Cure OG going back to the late 70s and got me into them among many other bands. We were in the orchestra pit and Jim rolled right up to the stage.
