In a light family moment, where laughter is not as frequent these days, I said to my son and daughter in law I need to make my foccacio. It descended into hysterical yelling at each other, foccacio..like an Italian curse word. Mom would be proud.

Today we helped transition our girl Maggie, 15 years she was a part of our life. She will be missed but she is at peace.

Anybody else extremely concerned??? Not only that they are defying the Supreme Court, but talking of deporting citizens to these concentration camps.

I keep thinking of my grandmother who came here as a young girl from Italy and the hopes and dreams they had back in 1911. I think of my neighbors who have the same dreams. My heartbreaks at what we've become.

Did you know that the GOP Budget Plan is called Reverse The Curse Budget Blueprint? So Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Education, Veterans Benefits are all a curse? This shows what they think of Americans. If anything it is the bloated military budget & all the money going to Oligarchs- Musk!
