Since I was young, I've suffered from frequent migraine headaches. They've been getting worse for the last couple years. One to five times a month. Persistent over days at times, but always that familiar crippling pain.
I don't talk about it much. I don't want sympathy.

Going forward from here, I'm dialing back my expectations for myself: I'm planning to upload at least once a week, on Saturday. Depending on circumstances, updates may be more substantial or more frequent on occasion, but the goal is once a week.
