Spent quite a while searching for this on my shelves, only to discover my copy is called "La Marca del Hombre Lobo". But it could have been called several things, because Spanish horror cinema of the Franco era is a lawless and chaotic realm.
Letterboxd entry for Frankenstein's Bloody Terror (1968). The alternative titles listed are: Hexen des Grauens (spell of the nightmares, I think?) Les vampires du Dr. Dracula Varulvens blodiga natt (Werewolf's bloody night, I think) Die Vampire des Dr. Dracula Hell's Creatures Mark of the Wolfman something in Greek The Vampire of Dr. Dracula Dr. Dracula's Vampire and the list continues beyond the cutoff.
