Newly elected Sen. Rashaun Kemp is asking now about the potential harms to cisgender girls, pointing out that anyone could throw a tantrum and claim that a girl who wins in her sport is transgender, and asks how would they prove it otherwise.
He’s right. This could have vast impacts on all girls.
