Making sure that I’m okay, after care and assurance is a big part of my healing when it comes to body dysphoria, I truly feel like I’m not someone who deserves this kind of attention.
But knowing there’s someone who cares, and helps me through it, makes it a little better.

Making sure that I’m okay, after care and assurance is a big part of my healing when it comes to body dysphoria, I truly feel like I’m not someone who deserves this kind of attention.
