punch-drunk love was incredible. was really disappointed with licorice pizza and the monkey. obviously jack and jill was not good either.. but i did watch a lot more this week. got a fair few knocked off of my watchlist, anora and superman being tremendous highlights.

started the week with some great rewatches and capped it off with a few that have been in my backlog for some time. a real pain was fantastic. surprisingly, fixed wasn't my least favourite watch of the week. that glory goes to kraven. what a boring feature.

The Sandman, this wonderfully eerie and frightening short stop-motion film from the early 90s (free on YouTube btw), and The Making of Oblivion. Seeing the BTS of one of my all timer games was so cool (also free on YouTube). Otherwise, not too much stuck out in July for me.

some very musically intense movies this week. KPop Demon Hunters is my surprise of the year so far. the buzz around it is certainly warranted. terrific fun to be had with it.
