I had to skip my meds before a medical procedure recently. I tried to do some work and spent 20 minutes trying to download the wrong file before giving up completely. How did I live like that?

I’m not sure how long either of mine will stay in AoNZ - younger is semi-seriously planning a move to Melbourne and older is still considering his options but it’s gonna need a lot of statistically unlikely things to happen for staying long term to be feasible.

We basically freestyle it, but watermelon, mint, feta, a bit of vinegar (Malt usually but whatever floats your boat) and salt and pepper are the basics.

I reckon as long as you go in with an attitude of wanting to honour the parts of them that they had to hide at the time and don’t use that knowledge to cause harm, you’re all good.
