i did the bear creek steakhouse challenger back in the 80's for my 18th birthday. there was no method. i just smoked a bowl of athens county's finest in the parking lot and went to work. i even ate a piece of pie for dessert just to show off. go zips.

Not to mention the "walk by faith, not by sight" indoctrination with which they dismiss contrary evidence. or the unique ability to hold "scripturally based" directly opposing principles at the same time and just apply whichever one suits your current argument.
