back on the grind! slowly but surely....
A roughly 11 by 16 inch piece of birch plywood sits on a cutting mat and table. The ply is partially carved, with the high points creating a design that will eventually have ink rolled on top and then printed on paper (relief style printmaking). The design shows a bride and groom smiling and embracing in the center, with a frame made of camellia flowers, rose flowers, hydrangea flowers and leaves, and silver-dollar eucalyptus stems encompassing the bottom half, and medieval-esque filigree reaching up and over the couple. In the top corners are a sun and moon, with rays of light coming off them, and in the top center are three interconnected rings. Within the border flowers are the names of the bride and groom and their marriage date, but these are covered for privacy with cartoon digital hearts.

"Lore" is vaulting over a bar table in what appears to be a tavern, gritting her teeth and holding a small dagger at the ready. She is an anthro feline whose left side is Sun themed and warm tan with solar flare motifs, and whose right side is Moon themed and dark blue with crescent moons and stars. A small section of her tail is wrapped with a fabric bandage.
