Sometimes I f... up a bit. I have this system that I am building, that integrates with another quite old and custom system - I had read the old and custom system code wrong and thought it had functionality that it doesn't have.

Was pretty pummed yesterday about how did I understood it so wrong.

Continuing on the topic of tests. I like to write tests, that make me sleep well.

For example as an integration test, I want to make sure that user with specific set of permissions can not see on the page links they are not supposed to see.

I have a huge project, which is coming to end and I finished another feature, I was really annoyed about writing tests - wanted to skip them

After running testsuite with old tests and seeing how many failed because of small mistakes I suddenly got the urge and motivation to write even more of them.

The feeling when you discover that @filamentphp.com has got your back again, and you somehow missed it from documentation the first time.
