Both Texas & California just bent the rules on redistricting. When maps become partisan weapons, voters lose before they even vote. We need fair rules before we can have fair fights.

Also a bit of a bummer. Personally, I think ranked choice voting is a solid way to go to fix a lot of the gerrymandering crap.
