It seems like such a trivial act in the midst of what is upon us, byt #humming can center you and support you in numerous other ways.

Don’t forget to hum today. Need help: start with a deep breath, close your mouth, then “hummmm.”

Keep humming. Quiet yourself. Take a breath, then hum. You will learn that #humming will ease your mind. It will console you. It will be prayerful. Its meditative. Got questions? Just ask. #hum #collectivehum

Sometimes there are no words. Sometimes we just need to hum. Sometimes a hum is all we can utter. Sometimes it is the only way.

Today at 2:10 pm EST let’s hum
5 minutes or longer. Do it for change! Do it for you! Do it for us! Then, make it daily practice. Humming is a practical and powerful tool.
