It sucks, but we found when my kid was looking for CS work, that all the internships required you to still be in school.

Kind of. She is doing training for a company that does contract work. Once she finishes that they should place her ( hopefully) and she can start earning.

My husband and I collected all the books and our kids have read and reread them! And love them!

Meanwhile, my kid who graduated this spring with a computer science degree can't even get an interview in their field. Don't tell me no Americans can do those jobs!

Yes, we have plenty of qualified people here, but they have to pay US wages and give benefits. And the young need new graduate need experience! Companies post fake ads to get around requirements before hiring on H1Bs.

Rackham was an amazing artist. I had a few books (fairy tales, I think) that had his illustrations. Pretty sure we got rid of them long ago.
