Happy New Year (Belated)! I still want to make some new year art, it will be at a random time 🐍🎉

I found this picture I took from a physics lab. I don't know why but I really miss: walking into lab, having no clue what was on the table every week, then having to figure out what it is and how it works with only a print out and formulas on the board from the teacher's aid.

I found a cool red leaf today, I think it's oak in origin? Also it rained and there are red maple seeds that got blown around that are also pretty.

Still iffy on this design but its a start. I really liked this cool gray colored pencil I had, and have been dying to use it for something so hair color given.

Oh I also worked off several refs but main one for pose was this. A lady leaning on a fence. I took a picture of my hand and put on my red jacket to try and draw those parts semi-correctly

oc I'm working in progress on... still debating colors. I didn't have an oc growing up, even though I loved reading fantasy books, so its never too late to make one/a couple (looks at forbidden lore doc) right? Kind of my storm sorcerer Tav with a different haircut so far 😂

When you enter HW expansion it was a bittersweet moment the wonder of a new area tinged with sadness at leaving friends behind. I imagine the guilt weighed on my character's mind. Still an experimental piece in the idea journal

Ok so doing art studies from reference photos of animals turns out pretty cool and is a lot easier somehow than trying to draw people :')
