They are infuriating because they have the moral weight of being on the right side of not being fascists but won't speak with it (like, say, Delia Ramirez). We need T Paine, Fred Douglas levels of righteousness & we get Jeffries/Schumer "let's focus on egg prices and pretty please follow some laws."

This: for people that don't watch Fox it is a minute to minute basis. You can randomly turn Fox on and hear about how Dems/libs are ruining the country. It's like Orwell's 2 Minutes hate but perpetually forever.

As far as I'm concerned there is nothing to negotiate. Democrats position should be quit breaking the law or you go to jail when we win back Congress. That's my dream, to hear Schumer say anything with the righteous indignation that matches this fascist assault on everyone's unalienable rights.

It's insane that this is being framed as a negotiable point in the first place: Republicans are breaking the law by disappearing people without warrants.

Personally think it would be insanely cool if the world's richest person used his wealth to help the world's most impoverished people rather than condemn an estimated 14 million of them to death, but I lack the influence of ketamine and a technofascist grandfather to give me the correct perspective.
