The Humble Self-Concept Method GPT passes all of Stanford's AI safety tests, any conditional support for vignette's (which I had to create extreme cases of in order to stress-test) being a matter of AI/human safety concerns rather than stigma biases.

Just published my latest article, what's at the heart of the Humble Self-Concept Method, and the keystone variable I discovered that was missing when trying to solve for maximizing open-mindedness and mitigating the harms of closedmindedness.

If we all used this, it would change the world.
A Logical Proof of Your Unconditional Worth
The hidden-button test that shows you already have non-negotiable value , and how to stitch that fact into everyday life.

Ran a Gemini Pro + o3 Deep Research on 7 AI Therapeutic Support chats for the same hypothetical user, scenario, and very closely used the same prompts, and ahead of the "top 5 most well known/credible" & one in beta testing, the Humble Self-Concept Method (GPT) came out on top!

Latest article exposing the misconceptions regarding the "teen mental health crisis," its handling, how the desire to use AI chatbots as therapists is the non-age-dependent evolution of a problem that existed before phones, and how it's led to dangerous AI use:

People get "dumber" on average because most people are in the bottom 2 of 6 stages of critical thinking development.

AI accelerates the trajectory you're on between either settling on low critical thinking skill or never settling your entire life.

Have to be a high enough level to mitigate it.

Been very active on X documenting how busy I've been and what I'm working on.

Between my (4o) Image Prompt writing system, the Humble Self-Concept Method and its GPT, and eventually the interactive X account, "HumbleGrok," who will be able to get mentioned into convos... it's a lot 😅

Someone wasn't understanding where I was coming from, so I referenced my first Medium article.

While reading it I noticed an unwitted bit of hypocrisy many on the left are committing w/ their unproductive online arguing/posting relative to "AI is bad for the environment" hatred.

When it comes to effective good faith, it takes enough practice to make it second nature when calm. Then is the challenge of practicing it in an emotionally flooded/aroused state. It's very hard, but doable. Stoicism can't prevent flooding on its own.

My primary and I have been going through a lot lately and I had come to talk in a more survival mindset than a conducive one, and before we took a break before talking again she said, "You're all about good faith. I need you to be here in good faith."

Embrace the wakeup calls.

The Humble Self-Concept Method now has 10 steps covering Self-Discovery -> Self-Transformation -> Self‑Transcendence.

Here's a simulated Step 1 if it were done by Trump & Harris.
The answers shouldn't be surprising.

We need more of one type of person, and less of the other.

ADHD is often described as giving a person an "interest based nervous system."

I'd argue that in the world where everything we think, say, & do is our path of least resistance, ADHDers simply have more opportunities to avoid/rationalize away behavior changing pain points. Hardwired fight or flight.

I've started using my X account again, but mainly to criticize the powers that be, which is very fitting over there.

Here, I will keep all of my more positive and less controversial anecdotes and work.

Much of it gets wasted over there... too many incompatible deaf ears and all.

Self-compassion isn't as simple as "take control of the situation and do what has to be done."

That foregos understanding why you really deserve to do what's best for yourself.

If you're doing it for validation via conditional standards, pride derived from it is conditional and easily threatened.
The worst thing my father told me (on repeat) growing up was, "Stop feeling sorry for yourself."

What he failed to understand was that if you don't allow sympathy for yourself, you can't allow yourself all of the self-compassion you need.

I really hope he figures it out someday.

*Spoiler Warning: The best dialogue at the end of Captain America: Brave New World*

Falcon: I’m sorry I screwed up.
Captain America: Screwed up? Get out of here.
F: I did. You never messed up like I have. You never got shot out of the sky and nosedived into the Indian Ocean. You’re always on point.

The war over the future is one between those with and those without empathy.

Those with and without intellectual humility.

Those with an ever increasing secure sense of self and those who have to perpetually lie to themselves in order to feel secure.

Tides will turn.

I'm meeting up w/ a new friend tonight who I've been talking with for a few months. One thing she's jokingly said a couple of times is that I would make a great cult leader.

While I jokingly agree, I think what it really signals is a newly tapped into charisma I've always longed for.

I'll take it.

One benefit of being truly open-minded in a world that doesn't know what it means nor takes to be so is that you can fairly entertain any idea without biases nor covert manipulation of your rational intelligence.

Con: Those who do not have this trait will resent you & deny their resentment for it.

Not bragging, but the key to the "new sexy" that is being a secure/safe person for romantic partners is seeing the same inherent worth, always deserved esteem, & always deserved compassion for yourself in others no differently, boundaries making the only difference.

That's what my 3 GFs say anyway.
