I was familiar with his work in The Guardian, but haven't read one of his books yet. I'm still on chapter one, and find it very interesting and extremely well researched. Of course, I didn't expect any less from this legend.

#nowreading 'St. Pauli: Another Football is Possible' by Carlos Viñas & Natxo Parra. So far, very captivating reading, although a bit dense. I find the numerous and extensive footnotes a bit distracting. Very interesting story about a genuinely intriguing club and its link to city and community.
