Amazing work by students and staff at Morning Glory Public School in Georgina, Ontario! They grow their own vegetables in their new hoop house, and also have a pollinator garden and indoor tower garden. 👏👏👏
Students at Morning Glory PS have created an amazing Hoop House and garden! With help from grade 7s and 8s, the project grows a variety of vegetables that are then used in the school’s breakfast program. Join us in applauding this outstanding environmentally-conscious and community-driven project!

How much do you get done before 6 AM?
Earlier this week one of the locals was up before the dawn, really living up to the "busy beaver" name:

It's time for your annual reminder: Ticks are still active in the fall.

Always make sure to check yourself and your pets for ticks after spending time in nature.

There are so many fantastic beetles out there that it can be hard to pick a favourite, but Arb manager Jimmy has no problem declaring the Six-spotted Tiger Beetle his top pick (at least among the locals).
