There was a recent law that made it so urgent care must take any insurance. That saved my ass but still paid 3k out of pocket. Remembering it now and since i didn’t know how hospitals worked, I went to the wrong urgent care. I had Bluecross and didn’t even think any major hospital wouldn’t take that. Didn’t realize until after my tests and a lady came in with paperwork, I was at the wrong place. 20k for a few hours…
