(3/5) After the Legislature rejected all 7 judicial nominees to the TCC on Dec 24, 2024, the TCC now operates with only 8 justices. The "rump" TCC is soon to face a difficult situation as the Amendment is sent for presidential promulgation and a constitutional fight is in the making.
