The guy is getting hammered every night. When you get hit like that it’s most likely because you make your play late and that’s what made him efficient but there is so much hit someone can take before they start rushing plays to avoid the hit. Wilson playoff hit as definitely left a mark.

Laval isn’t playing until next Saturday and they most likely want to have a 7th defenseman on hand in case of an injury with back to back afternoon game Friday and Saturday. With the US thanksgiving, traveling could have it’s challenges if they had to call him back during the trip.

Colorado is a great exemple of « play the goalie who’s hot » since Blackwood came back from his injury. He has only had 3 games in the 10 played by the Avs since he came back. Wedgewood is solid sine the start of the season and they kept him the net.

When he starts to think of himself as a skilled player, he’s done. He needs to see himself as a power forward and use his size to be effective. He seems to forget it if he gets into a streak of 4-5 good games

Bolduc needs to replace Slafkovsky on PP1, not Demidov. Slafkovsky is useless if he’s not standing in the crease which seems he isn’t willing to do or he believes he’s too skilled to get in the dirty area.
