atsumu yelled standing up to block sakusa from leaving.

Sakusa laughed as he kissed atsumu's cheek before easily walking around atsumu towards the door.

“Yea yea, see you tonight Atsu..”

“Maybe... Okay yeah.” he laughs to himself scratching the back of his neck.

“Oh wow didn't know my boyfriend had it in him to keep secrets” sakusa stood up and opened his locker grabbing his bag.

“Hey! I can keep secrets! You yelling about a cockroach was just too good of a story to not tell!"

I want to know her.”

"Oh! Would you want to come over later so you can properly meet her? We can talk about this more then..."

“Oh yeah, was she the reason I could never come over?” Sakusa smiles at the thought of this being his reason.

“You can't say that. You can't say that for sure when you just found out she exists. I don't want to bring people into her life who can leave so easily Omi. I don't want her to go through that again."

“I understand, but I'm still here Atsumu. I want to be here, I want to meet your daughter.-

“I promise I was going to tell you. I just never knew how. Was kinda scared you'd run off..” he ran his fingers through his hair looking back to the floor.

Sakusa stayed quiet for a minute.

“I'm not leaving you Atsumu.” he settles on after a long silence.

I never knew she got pregnant. Almost a year ago she showed up and pushed Akiko towards me and told me it was now ‘my turn’.” Atsumus's voice wavered a little as he continued “I haven't seen her since..." He looked up at the pouting sakusa.

Atsumu took a deep breath, he really wasn't mentally prepared for this at all. But sakusa hasn't left so clearly he's going to be patient. Atsumu held onto the pink rabbit rubbing his thumb across its soft 'fur'.

“I am gay, her mom was just a small fling I was still questioning things."

“Before you ask, her mom is not in the picture. So no, you're not a part of some affair. Don't worry.” Atsumu stared down at the floor once sakusa sat next to him, he just cant face him. “

What happened then? I thought you were gay, and here you are with a whole daughter.”

he wanted to give him the space to ask questions he has now. he didn't even have to look up when he heard the door open.

“Miya, what the hell?!” Atsumu sat down on the bench, patting the spot next to him after finding a little stuffed rabbit in his bag

“I'm going to go get you a present I have in my bag, will you be good here?” he asked and Akiko nodded when Atsumu set her down.

He walked to the locker room to search for the small stuffed animal he planned to give her. He knew sakusa would come after him with questions so

“Aw hi Akiko, I'm Hinata!” he had such a bright smile on his face.

She smiled at him. Hinata went on a little ramble about how he remembered when his sister was this small.

Atsumu looked up to see Sakusa standing a little far away, he was glaring and pouting.

while Meian walked over with a Hinata right behind him.

“Is she really yours?” Hinata asked in a loud whisper and Atsumu just nodded. This really wasn't how he wanted to tell the team. But oh well here he is.

“This is Akiko, my little girl,” he said, moving her to hold her on his hip.

he needed to be prepared for a big match coming up in a few days. It's why he kept checking his phone any chance he got. He knew she was going to be there whenever he got outside.

He walked over to the coach and apologized for the interruption.

He just got a nod in return

“Practice is over! Not like you guys will focus now..”

Atsumu held onto her very tightly while she was crying into his shirt. “I know darling' I missed you too,” he whispered as he picked her up carefully.

She had to stay with Osamu and Rin for a couple of days because

The coach was the only one who knew about the kid; he had to call in because there were times Akiko refused to let Atsumu leave, times when she was sick, and times when he had to stay up all night because of her.

He was scared to look up to see the team. The team had no idea Atsumu was a father to a little 4-year-old girl named Akiko.

Osamu was apologizing to the coach and the coach just nodded in understanding as he explained she made a run for it once he let her unbuckle the seatbelt

to the little girl looking around frantically.

Everyone then turned to Atsumu once they saw Osamu running in behind her panting.

The second the girl saw her dad, Atsumu dropped the ball and got on one knee to meet the little girl jumping into his arms.

“One more set then we're done! You got it, Tsumu!” Hinata cheered looking back at him with a grin and thumbs up.

Just as he was about to serve the ball the gym's main doors burst open loudly. “DADDY!” it was a child's scream and everyone in the gym snapped their heads
